(I) Overview of the Plan
The production of the electronics industry is extremely sensitive to water quality. Trace ions, particles, organic matter, and bacteria in water can directly cause circuit board short circuits, coating defects, and a decrease in chip yield. This solution adopts mature industrial processes such as pretreatment, dual stage RO reverse osmosis, EDI continuous electric desalination, and polishing precision treatment. It is designed specifically for PCB circuit boards, semiconductor chips, optoelectronic displays, lithium battery new energy, and precision electronic cleaning scenarios, with a stable output of 15-18.25M Ω· cm electronic grade ultrapure water, meeting high-end electronic manufacturing water standards.
The entire equipment operates fully automatically, without the need for acid-base regeneration, with stable water quality and minimal fluctuations. It is suitable for continuous 24-hour production in factories and is equipped with standardized production and ISO three standard qualifications. It can be directly used for project acceptance, bidding, and enterprise website display.

(III) Core Process Flow (Electronic Industry Standard Process)

Function description of each section
1. Pre processing system (protecting backend core equipment) uses quartz sand filtration to remove sediment, suspended solids, and colloids; Activated carbon adsorbs residual chlorine, organic matter, and strange colors and odors; The fully automatic water softener reduces the hardness of raw water, completely eliminates the fouling of RO and EDI membranes, and significantly reduces maintenance costs in the later stage.
2. Double stage RO reverse osmosis (deep pre desalination) operates in series with first and second stage reverse osmosis, with a desalination rate of ≥ 99%, removing the vast majority of salt, heavy metals, and macromolecular impurities, and stabilizing the inlet water quality within the optimal EDI inlet range. It is an essential pre process for electronic ultrapure water.
3. EDI continuous electric desalination (core desalination unit) does not require acid-base regeneration and has no hazardous waste pollution. It uses an electric field for continuous deep desalination, and can stably produce high-purity water of 15M Ω· cm or more, replacing traditional mixed beds. It is more environmentally friendly, worry free, and suitable for continuous production in factories.
4. Terminal precision processing (up to 18.25M Ω high-purity) TOC ultraviolet lamp degrades trace organic matter, high-end polishing resin further purifies, and is matched with a 0.22 μ m terminal sterilization filter to thoroughly intercept fine particles and microorganisms, meeting the highest water level for chips and semiconductors.
5. Fully closed-loop circulation water supply electronic ultrapure water is strictly prohibited from being stored in a static state. The system is designed with a closed-loop circulation pipeline to prevent air carbon dioxide from dissolving and causing water quality degradation, ensuring constant water quality at the water point.
