I. Water quality testing & preliminary research

1. Is sampling and testing required before water treatment? Is there a charge for testing?

Answer: Our company provides free on-site water sampling and testing services without charging any testing fees. We precisely analyze the pollutants and concentration fluctuations in raw water, and issue data reports based on the conditions of the factory area, serving as the basis for customizing equipment solutions.

2. Is there a significant difference in water quality across different industries, and can the equipment be used universally?

Answer: There are significant differences in raw water and discharge standards across industries such as electronics, electroplating, chemical, new energy, and food. There is no universal equipment, and a customized system must be designed based on water quality data.

3. Can the plant be renovated given its small space and disordered existing pipelines?

Answer: During the on-site survey, engineers will record the site dimensions, pipeline layout, and load-bearing limits. In the engineering design phase, equipment placement and pipeline routing will be optimized to accommodate the renovation of narrow and old factory areas.

II. Pure Water/Ultra-pure Water Equipment Related

1. What are the effluent standards for industrial pure water and ultrapure water?

Answer: It can be customized according to needs. The resistivity of pure water ranges from 2 to 15MΩ·cm, and ultrapure water can reach up to 18.25MΩ·cm, meeting the high requirements of laboratories, lithium batteries, semiconductors, optical cleaning, and other fields.

2. How often should the RO membrane be replaced, and is the operating cost high?

Answer: Under the premise of stable water quality, the service life of a reverse osmosis membrane is 2-3 years; when paired with a pretreatment system and automatic cleaning program, the membrane life can be extended, and chemical, water, and electricity consumption can be reduced.

3. Can the water production capacity be expanded in the future?

Answer: The scheme design includes a reserved expansion interface, allowing for the addition of membrane components and booster pumps in the later stage without the need for a complete replacement of the main unit. This modification offers a higher cost-performance ratio.

III. Industrial wastewater & zero emission related

1. Does the zero-discharge evaporation equipment for wastewater consume high electricity during operation?

Answer: By adopting the energy-saving MVR evaporation process, energy consumption is reduced by 60% compared to traditional multi-effect evaporation; coupled with waste heat recovery, electricity costs are significantly reduced.

2. How to deal with the salt residue after the treatment of high-salt wastewater?

Answer: The system can achieve salt crystallization and recovery, with by-product salt being recycled and sold externally, reducing the amount of hazardous waste disposal and lowering environmental disposal costs.

3. Can the treated wastewater be directly reused for production?

Answer: After membrane concentration and advanced treatment, the effluent can meet the production reuse standards, replacing tap water and reducing the water intake costs for enterprises.

IV. Related to exhaust gas treatment equipment

1. Is the organic waste gas combustion equipment safe?

Answer: Equipped with multiple protections such as explosion-proof, temperature interlock, leakage alarm, and automatic shutdown, as well as negative pressure closed collection, it prevents waste gas leakage and meets safety supervision and environmental protection requirements.

2. Can the air volume for exhaust gas treatment be adjusted?

Answer: Equipped with a variable frequency control system, it automatically adjusts the fan power according to the gas production volume in the workshop, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction during low-load periods.

V. Scheme, Cost, and Construction

1. How is the budget for the entire water treatment project calculated?

Answer: Based on the assessment of water quality, water production capacity, emission standards, site conditions, and equipment configuration, we will provide a detailed quotation list free of charge, itemizing the costs for equipment, installation, auxiliary materials, and operation and maintenance.

2. How long is the overall cycle from survey to completion?

Answer: 7-15 days for small pure water equipment; 30-60 days for large-scale wastewater, zero discharge, and exhaust gas complete projects, including the entire process of design, production, installation, and commissioning.

3. Can we undertake the renovation of old sewage treatment stations?

Answer: Upgrading and retrofitting old and inefficient equipment, replacing membrane components, installing intelligent monitoring systems, and optimizing process flows can be achieved without complete demolition and reconstruction, thus saving investment.

VI. Operation and maintenance, after-sales service

1. What if no one knows how to operate the equipment?

Answer: After installation, on-site practical training will be conducted, operation and maintenance manuals will be distributed, and instructions on startup and shutdown, chemical dosing, filter replacement, and simple troubleshooting will be explained.

2. How long will it take for on-site maintenance to be provided if the equipment malfunctions?

Answer: We provide nationwide after-sales quick response, with on-site arrival within 24 hours for routine faults; the system is equipped with remote monitoring, enabling online pre-judgment and remote debugging to solve most problems.

3. Will there be regular on-site maintenance in the later stage?

Answer: Establish a periodic return visit and inspection mechanism to regularly test water quality, replace consumables, calibrate instruments, and extend the service life of equipment.

4. Is there a charge for the remote intelligent monitoring system?

Answer: The equipment comes with a free intelligent monitoring platform, allowing real-time viewing of water quality, flow rate, energy consumption, and equipment operating status via mobile phone or computer.
