(I)Product Overview
The secondary RO pure water equipment uses the first stage reverse osmosis produced water as the inlet water source, and utilizes reverse osmosis membrane high-pressure screening technology for secondary deep desalination and purification. Two stage series operation can efficiently filter out various pollutants such as salt, colloids, suspended solids, microorganisms, heavy metals, residual chlorine, and organic matter in water.
The single-stage reverse osmosis desalination rate is about 97%, and the two-stage overall desalination rate can reach over 99%. The conductivity of the effluent is stable below 5 μ S/cm. It is usually placed at the front end of EDI ultra pure water equipment for pretreatment, and is a mature pre-processing technology for producing high-purity pure water. It is widely used in lithium batteries, photovoltaics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, cosmetics, and food and beverage industries. The equipment can be connected to tap water and groundwater, achieving fully automatic and uninterrupted operation, suitable for industrial large-scale water production.
(II) Equipment features
1. High precision desalination, two-stage series deep purification of anti fluctuation effluent, efficient removal of salt, silicon, and heavy metal impurities. Even if the raw water conditions change, the produced water remains stable and meets the standards, perfectly matching the EDI inlet conditions.
2. Intelligent fully automatic, with less human operation, equipped with PLC control system, automatic start stop, automatic membrane flushing, online water quality monitoring, multiple electrical protections, the equipment can produce pure water 24/7 unattended.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection, saving long-term expenses. First level concentrated water recycling and reuse, variable frequency pump energy-saving and consumption reducing; Automatic flushing of protective film components prolongs the service life of the film and reduces consumables and electricity costs.
4. Food grade anti-corrosion material, with no secondary pollution in water quality. The water involved parts are made of 304 stainless steel, UPVC, PVDF materials, and have no corrosion or leaching; Pre process eliminates residual chlorine and protects the RO membrane from oxidation damage.
5. Pre protection EDI reduces the SDI, turbidity, and ion impurities of the secondary RO effluent during later maintenance, greatly alleviating the working pressure of the EDI membrane stack, reducing scaling pollution, and extending the service life of EDI.
6. Modular scalability, simple capacity upgrade, standardized design of membrane components, and later business expansion. Simply stacking membrane components can increase water production without the need to replace the entire equipment.
7. Comprehensive safety protection, more secure operation with water shortage, high pressure overload, abnormal water quality reflux, liquid level linkage protection, avoiding pump dry burning, membrane pressure damage, and reducing downtime due to faults
(III) Complete system composition
1. Pre treatment Unit | Raw Water Pre treatment, Protecting RO Membrane
The raw water tank is equipped with a raw water booster pump to store water and deliver raw water to the entire equipment. Multi media filters filter sediment, rust, suspended solids, and colloids; Activated carbon filters adsorb residual chlorine, heavy metals, pigments, and some organic matter. Softener or scale inhibitor dosing device can be used to reduce the hardness of water and prevent calcium and magnesium scales from adhering to the membrane surface. The backend is equipped with a 5 μ m precision security filter to intercept small particles and avoid scratching the reverse osmosis membrane.
2. First level reverse osmosis unit
The first stage variable frequency high-pressure pump provides reverse osmosis working pressure; The first stage RO membrane shell and membrane element complete the initial desalination, producing first stage pure water. The first level concentrated water is collected through pipelines and can be recycled to improve the water recovery rate; The first level production water tank buffers first level pure water and supplies it to the second level RO for use.
3. Secondary Reverse Osmosis Unit | Deep Purification Core
The secondary booster pump re pressurizes the primary pure water; The secondary RO membrane module deeply removes residual salt, silicate ions, and trace organic matter. Optional alkali addition device can be used to adjust the pH of the inlet water, eliminate carbon dioxide, and further reduce the conductivity of the low water; The secondary concentrated water flows back to the original water tank for recycling treatment, reducing water resource waste.
4. Online monitoring and automatic control unit
Real time detection of the conductivity of primary and secondary produced water using an online conductivity meter, providing a visual view of the desalination effect; Pressure and flow sensors continuously monitor the pressure and flow of each pipeline in the system. The PLC control cabinet is equipped with a touch screen to achieve fully automatic operation, timed film washing, fault alarm, and operation data retention; The electric valve is automatically controlled, and when the water quality is abnormal, it will automatically reflux and flush, without sending unqualified water to the back end.
5. Auxiliary unit for water storage and transportation
The secondary pure water tank stores finished pure water and is equipped with a respirator and antibacterial accessories to prevent secondary pollution of water quality during storage; The pure water transfer pump provides stable water supply to EDI equipment or production workshops. UV sterilizers can be installed to kill bacteria and microorganisms in water and improve water quality safety.
