(I) Product Overview
The equipment adopts a dual stage reverse osmosis RO+EDI electro deionization core process, specially designed for the lithium battery and precision electronics industries. It can stably produce ultrapure water with a resistivity of ≥ 18M Ω· cm, meeting high requirements for production water such as electrolyte preparation and electrode coating. Equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system, it operates automatically, saves energy and water, and has low operation and maintenance costs. It can customize water production and process plans based on the quality of raw water.

1. Efficient desalination and stable water quality are achieved through the use of imported reverse osmosis membranes and high-precision EDI modules from Dow and Heideneng. The ion removal rate is ≥ 99.99%, and stable production of 18M Ω· cm ultra pure water is achieved with minimal water quality fluctuations, meeting high-end industrial high standard water requirements.
2. Intelligent self-control, energy-saving PLC intelligent control system, real-time monitoring of water quality, automatic flushing, fault warning, achieving unmanned operation. Frequency conversion+energy recovery design, compared to traditional equipment, saves 25-30% energy, has a water recovery rate of 70%, and reduces operating costs.
3. Modular integration, customized flexible and standardized module combinations, optional pre-processing, RO, EDI as needed, small footprint, fast installation. Provide customized solutions for complex raw water to adapt to different industrial production conditions.
4. Durable and environmentally friendly, the core pipeline uses 316L stainless steel and anti-corrosion UPVC, with an equipment lifespan of over 10 years. EDI does not require acid-base regeneration and has no acid-base wastewater; Equipped with automatic membrane cleaning and consumables warning, reducing maintenance frequency.
(III) System composition and core functions
1. The pretreatment system includes multiple media, activated carbon, softener, and precision filter, which can filter out sediment, colloids, organic matter, and residual chlorine in layers, reduce hardness, stabilize the incoming water quality, and protect the reverse osmosis membrane from damage.
2. The two-stage reverse osmosis RO system adopts imported high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane, which removes most of the salt, impurities, and microorganisms through high-pressure screening, producing low conductivity primary pure water and providing qualified influent for EDI.
3. The deep precision processing core unit of the EDI electro deionization system relies on electric field and ion exchange to remove trace residual ions without chemical regeneration, and stably produces 18M Ω· cm ultrapure water.
4. The terminal sterilization and filtration system uses dual wavelength ultraviolet sterilization and terminal precision filtration to kill bacteria, degrade organic matter, intercept particles, prevent secondary pollution of water quality, and ensure clean and sterile effluent.
5. Intelligent self-control system PLC+touch screen control, online monitoring of flow, pressure, and water quality; Equipped with automatic flushing, protection interlock, fault alarm, data storage, achieving 24-hour unmanned operation.
