(I)Product Overview
The second stage reverse osmosis (second stage RO) pure water equipment is a pure water preparation device that uses the first stage reverse osmosis produced water as the inlet, and then undergoes deep desalination by the second stage reverse osmosis. Based on the high-pressure screening principle of the reverse osmosis membrane, two stages are connected in series to remove impurities such as salt, colloids, suspended solids, microorganisms, heavy metals, residual chlorine, and organic matter in the water step by step. The single-stage RO desalination rate is about 97%, and the two-stage comprehensive desalination rate can reach over 99%. The effluent conductivity is stable below 5 μ S/cm, and it is often used as a pretreatment for EDI ultrapure water equipment. It is widely used in industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, cosmetics, food and beverage, and is the mainstream pretreatment process for producing high-purity pure water. The incoming water is mostly tap water/groundwater, and the entire equipment can operate continuously and automatically, suitable for large-scale industrial pure water production.

One level concentrated water can be recycled and reused; Equipped with a variable frequency high-pressure pump, the working pressure is automatically adjusted according to the working conditions to reduce energy consumption; The system automatically flushes the reverse osmosis membrane at regular intervals, effectively extending the service life of membrane components and reducing consumables replacement expenses.
4. Clean and anti-corrosion materials are used to avoid the risk of secondary pollution. The water related components of the system are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304 stainless steel, UPVC, PVDF, etc., to prevent rust precipitation; The supporting pretreatment unit removes residual chlorine to avoid oxidative damage to the reverse osmosis membrane.
5. Protect the backend EDI system, reduce the burden of operation and maintenance. The SDI, turbidity, and ion content of the secondary produced water are all at extremely low levels, effectively reducing the desalination load of the EDI membrane stack, reducing the probability of scaling and pollution, and extending the overall service life of the EDI membrane stack.
6. Modular architecture, flexible and convenient capacity expansion. The membrane shell and membrane components adopt standardized configuration. If the water production scale needs to be increased in the later stage, membrane components can be directly added without the need for replacement or renovation of the entire equipment.
7. Multiple safety interlock protection, low equipment failure rate, integrated water shortage and low pressure protection, high pressure overload protection, water quality exceeding reflux, liquid level interlock and other multiple protection mechanisms to prevent faults such as dry running of high pressure pumps and high pressure damage to membrane components.
(III)Complete system composition
1. High precision desalination, two-stage series deep purification of anti fluctuation effluent, efficient removal of salt, silicon, and heavy metal impurities. Even if the raw water conditions change, the produced water remains stable and meets the standards, perfectly matching the EDI inlet conditions.
2. Intelligent fully automatic, with less human operation, equipped with PLC control system, automatic start stop, automatic membrane flushing, online water quality monitoring, multiple electrical protections, the equipment can produce pure water 24/7 unattended.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection, saving long-term expenses. First level concentrated water recycling and reuse, variable frequency pump energy-saving and consumption reducing; Automatic flushing of protective film components prolongs the service life of the film and reduces consumables and electricity costs.
4. Food grade anti-corrosion material, with no secondary pollution in water quality. The water involved parts are made of 304 stainless steel, UPVC, PVDF materials, and have no corrosion or leaching; Pre process eliminates residual chlorine and protects the RO membrane from oxidation damage.
5. Pre protection EDI reduces the SDI, turbidity, and ion impurities of the secondary RO effluent during later maintenance, greatly alleviating the working pressure of the EDI membrane stack, reducing scaling pollution, and extending the service life of EDI.
6. Modular scalability, simple capacity upgrade, standardized design of membrane components, and later business expansion. Simply stacking membrane components can increase water production without the need to replace the entire equipment.
7. Comprehensive safety protection, more secure operation with water shortage, high pressure overload, abnormal water quality reflux, liquid level linkage protection, avoiding pump dry burning, membrane pressure damage, and reducing downtime due to faults
