Deep desalination purification and continuous stable effluent quality equipment are equipped with imported reverse osmosis membrane components from Dow and Heideneng, matched with high-precision EDI membrane stacks. The overall ion removal efficiency exceeds 99.99%, and it can stably produce 18M Ω· cm grade ultrapure water for a long time, effectively suppressing water quality fluctuations and fully meeting the strict water consumption requirements of high-end manufacturing industries.

2. Fully intelligent automatic operation, energy-saving and cost control, equipped with PLC intelligent control system, realizing functions such as online water quality monitoring, automatic flushing, fault prompt, and automatic adaptation of operating parameters, without the need for manual on-site supervision. Equipped with frequency conversion and energy recovery components, it saves 25% and 30% energy compared to traditional water production equipment, with a water recovery rate of up to 70%, significantly reducing long-term operational investment.

(III) System composition and core functions

1. The preprocessing system is composed of a multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, softening device, and precision security filter. Gradually filtering out sediment, colloids, organic matter, and residual chlorine from the raw water, reducing the hardness of the inlet water, intercepting various fine impurities, adjusting the inlet water quality to the allowable working conditions of reverse osmosis, and playing a key protective role in the back-end reverse osmosis membrane components.

2. The two-stage reverse osmosis RO system is equipped with imported high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane elements. Based on the principle of high-pressure reverse osmosis screening, it can remove dissolved salts, suspended solids, and microorganisms in water on a large scale, produce low conductivity primary pure water, complete the main desalination process, and provide qualified inlet water source for the EDI deep refining unit.

3. The EDI electro deionization system, as the core unit for deep refining of the entire equipment, utilizes the synergistic ion exchange effect of a direct current electric field to further remove trace ions remaining in the water; Without the need for acid-base agents for chemical regeneration, it can sustainably and stably produce 18M Ω· cm grade ultrapure water, which is the core module for the production of industrial electronic grade ultrapure water.

4. The terminal sterilization and filtration system is equipped with dual wavelength ultraviolet sterilization equipment and terminal precision filters, which can inactivate water microorganisms, decompose some organic pollutants, intercept fine solid particles, avoid secondary pollution caused by pipeline transportation, and ensure the sterility and high purity of the final effluent.

5. The intelligent self-control system uses industrial PLC combined with human-machine touch screen as the control center to real-time collect key operating parameters such as flow rate, pressure, water quality, etc; Integrate multiple functions such as automatic flushing, water shortage and overpressure protection, fault alarm, and operation data storage to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously and stably without human supervision for 24 hours.
