The secondary reverse osmosis (RO) pure water equipment adopts a two-stage RO series process, using the first stage RO produced water as the inlet and relying on high-pressure screening of the RO membrane to achieve deep purification, removing impurities such as salt, colloids, suspended solids, microorganisms, heavy metals, residual chlorine, and organic matter in the water. The single-stage desalination rate is about 97%, the secondary comprehensive desalination rate is ≥ 99%, and the conductivity of the produced water is ≤ 5 μ S/cm. Widely used for pre-processing of EDI ultrapure water systems, suitable for industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, cosmetics, and food and beverage; It can use tap water and groundwater as the system inlet, operate continuously and automatically, and meet the requirements of industrial large-scale pure water production.

7. Multiple interlocking protections for water shortage, high pressure, water reflux, and liquid level reduce the risk of equipment failure

(III) Complete system composition

1. Pre treatment unit (raw water pretreatment, providing pre protection for reverse osmosis membrane)

Raw water tank and raw water booster pump: complete the storage of raw water and supply water to the downstream system;

Multi media filter: filters out sediment, rust, suspended particles, and colloidal impurities;

Activated carbon filter: adsorbs and removes residual chlorine, heavy metals, water color, and some organic pollutants;

Softener/Scale Inhibition and Dosing System: Reduce the hardness of the incoming water and prevent calcium and magnesium salts from scaling on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane;

5 μ m security precision filter: intercepts fine particles and impurities to prevent particles from scratching the reverse osmosis membrane components.

2. First level reverse osmosis unit

First stage variable frequency high-pressure pump: provides the working pressure required for reverse osmosis separation process;

Primary RO membrane shell and reverse osmosis membrane element: complete preliminary desalination treatment to produce primary reverse osmosis water;

Primary concentrated water collection pipeline: Collecting primary concentrated water, which can be recycled and reused to improve overall water utilization efficiency;

Primary production water tank: Cache the primary reverse osmosis production water as the inlet buffer container for the secondary reverse osmosis system.

3. Secondary reverse osmosis unit (deep purification core module)

Secondary booster pump: pressurizes the first stage produced water twice to meet the operating pressure of the second stage reverse osmosis;

Secondary RO membrane module: deep removal of residual salt ions, silicate ions, and trace organic impurities;

Alkali addition device (optional configuration): Adjust the pH value of the secondary inlet water, eliminate carbon dioxide in the water, and further reduce the conductivity of the produced water;

Secondary concentrated water reflux pipeline: Return the secondary concentrated water to the original water tank for circulation treatment, saving water resources and reducing water consumption.

4. Online detection and automatic control system

Online conductivity meter: Collect conductivity data of primary and secondary produced water separately, and provide intuitive feedback on the desalination effect of the system;

Pressure transmitter and flow sensor: real-time collection of pressure and flow operating parameters at the inlet, outlet, and concentrate ends;

PLC control cabinet+human-machine touch screen: realizing fully automatic operation of equipment, timed flushing of membrane components, fault alarm, and storage and recording of operating data;

Electric flushing valve and automatic directional valve: When the water quality does not meet the standard, it will automatically backwash and prevent the unqualified water from being transported downstream.

5. Water storage and transportation auxiliary unit

Secondary pure water tank: stores secondary reverse osmosis pure water, equipped with respirators and antibacterial components to prevent secondary pollution of water quality;

Pure water delivery pump: continuously delivers pure water to EDI ultra pure water equipment and production stations;

UV sterilizer (optional): kills bacteria and microorganisms in water bodies, ensuring clean and hygienic effluent
