(I)Product Overview
Ultrafiltration (UF) equipment is a pressure driven membrane separation device that achieves solid-liquid separation by sieving with a pore size of 0.01~0.1 μ m ultrafiltration membrane; Intercept colloids, suspended solids, sediment, rust, algae, bacteria, viruses, large organic compounds, colloidal silica, flocs, and permeate water molecules and small salt ions. It can be used as a pre-treatment for RO and EDI, as well as for reclaimed water reuse, tap water, circulating water, and advanced sewage treatment.
(II)Equipment features
1. Precise physical screening, removing colloids and microorganisms with micron sized fine filtration, can effectively remove colloids, suspended solids, and bacteria that cause RO membrane blockage, significantly reducing the influent SDI value and protecting the back-end reverse osmosis membrane.
2. Stable water production flux and excellent anti pollution performance. Hollow fiber membrane fibers have a large surface area and high flow rate; PVDF membrane is resistant to acid and alkali, oxidants, oil and organic pollution, and has good flux recovery after cleaning.
3. Fully automatic air-water combined cleaning, with simple operation and maintenance configuration of automatic aeration scrubbing, forward flushing, and reverse flushing programs. It automatically peels off the surface of the membrane to intercept pollutants at regular intervals, making it less prone to clogging and significantly reducing the frequency of manual cleaning.
4. Modular combination, flexible and adjustable water production capacity, modular design of standard membrane components. Single membrane elements can be freely added or removed, and equipment ranging from a few tons to hundreds of tons can be quickly matched, making expansion convenient.
Low operating pressure, energy-saving and water-saving operating pressure of only 0.1~0.3MPa, low energy consumption during low-pressure operation; The cross flow filtration process allows concentrated water to flow back to the front water tank, resulting in high water resource utilization.
5. The material is corrosion-resistant and clean, with PVDF membrane components and UPVC/304 stainless steel pipelines that do not produce harmful substances. It is suitable for pure water pre-treatment, food and pharmaceutical clean water treatment scenarios.
Self controlled interlocking multiple protections, stable operation with high and low liquid levels, low pressure water shortage, high pressure overload interlocking shutdown, real-time monitoring of water quality, automatic alarm for abnormalities, and 24-hour unmanned operation.
Pre ultrafiltration can reduce the operation and maintenance costs of backend equipment, stabilize the influent SDI below 3, significantly reduce RO membrane colloid pollution and cleaning frequency, and extend the service life of reverse osmosis membranes.
(III)System composition
1. Raw water supply pretreatment unit
Mainly responsible for inlet buffering and pre filtration, providing stable water supply for subsequent equipment. The water tank is used to store and balance the amount and quality of incoming water; The booster pump provides stable operating water pressure for the entire system; The pre filter can intercept large particle impurities such as sediment, hair, and fibers, protecting the ultrafiltration membrane from scratches and damage.
2. Core unit of ultrafiltration host
The core filtering module of the system. The core component is PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, which is a key element for water quality filtration. After filtration, the purified water and concentrated water are output in two channels; Paired with membrane shell and membrane frame to fix protective membrane components, water flow cross flow filtration is achieved through matching pipelines, and concentrated water can be recycled for treatment, improving water resource utilization efficiency.
3. Gas water combined flushing unit
Specially designed to prevent ultrafiltration membrane blockage, it is the key to ensuring the long-term operation of the equipment. The fan and air pump output compressed air to wipe and clean the pollutants attached to the surface of the membrane fibers; Complete forward and reverse water washing operations through valves and pipelines; The dedicated cleaning water tank stores purified water and provides a water source for automatic flushing of equipment.
4. Chemical cleaning dosing unit (optional)
Used for deep cleaning and restoring the filtration performance of membrane elements. Equipped with two sets of medicine washing boxes, each storing disinfectant and organic matter removal agents, as well as acid-base agents for removing scale colloids; Circulating pumps can perform offline cyclic cleaning of membrane components to restore filtration flux; The dosing device can be used for daily micro dosing to inhibit the growth of bacteria and algae on the membrane surface.
5. Online monitoring and self-control unit
Responsible for intelligent operation of equipment and water quality monitoring. Various sensors and detectors monitor core data such as water quality, water pressure, and water flow in real-time; The PLC control cabinet enables fully automatic operation of the equipment, and can complete scheduled air washing, water washing, and chemical washing operations. Equipment failures will automatically sound and light alarms; When the water quality does not meet the standard, the valve automatically switches to allow the water flow to reflux and re filter, ensuring the quality of the effluent.
6. Concentrated water collection unit for water production
Responsible for the storage, circulation, and transportation of filtered water quality. The clean water tank stores filtered clean water to supply water to back-end reverse osmosis and other equipment; Most of the concentrated water flows back to the front water tank for secondary filtration, and a small amount of wastewater is discharged; The transfer pump delivers qualified purified water to the subsequent water treatment equipment.
