The core process of this equipment is dual stage reverse osmosis (RO) combined with EDI electro deionization technology, developed for the high-end industries of lithium batteries and precision electronics. The equipment can continuously and stably produce ultrapure water with a resistivity of ≥ 18M Ω· cm, with excellent water quality and small fluctuations, which can meet high-precision process water requirements such as electrolyte preparation and electrode coating. (I)Product Overview

The core process of this equipment is dual stage reverse osmosis (RO) combined with EDI electro deionization technology, developed for the high-end industries of lithium batteries and precision electronics. (II) Core features of the product

1. Efficient deep desalination, with high water quality grade, using a combination of two-stage reverse osmosis and EDI electro deionization process. Imported reverse osmosis membranes and high-precision EDI membrane stacks are selected, with an overall ion removal rate of over 99.99%. It can continuously and stably produce up to 18M Ω· cm electronic grade ultrapure water, with minimal fluctuations in effluent water quality, meeting the high requirements of production water for lithium batteries, precision electronics, semiconductors, etc.

2. EDI has no chemical regeneration, and the green and environmentally friendly EDI module relies on an electric field to achieve in-situ resin regeneration. It does not require the use of acid or alkali agents, does not produce acidic or alkaline waste liquids, avoids chemical storage and discharge risks, reduces environmental treatment investment, and meets the requirements of clean factory production.

3. Intelligent fully automatic operation, worry free maintenance equipped with PLC+touch screen intelligent control system, online real-time monitoring of key indicators such as conductivity, resistivity, pressure, flow rate, etc; Integrate automatic flushing, high and low pressure protection, water shortage protection, fault sound and light alarm, and consumables reminder functions to achieve 24-hour unmanned continuous water production. Equipped with frequency conversion control and energy recovery, it improves water recovery rate and effectively saves water and electricity consumption.

4. 1. Preprocessing system

The system integrates multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, softening treatment, and precision security filtration units, which can effectively remove sediment, suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, and residual chlorine from raw water, reduce water hardness, and intercept fine impurities. By optimizing the inlet water quality in advance, eliminating various pollution loads, stabilizing the back-end inlet conditions, comprehensively protecting the reverse osmosis membrane components, and avoiding membrane blockage, oxidation, and fouling.

2. Secondary reverse osmosis (RO) system

Adopting a two-stage imported high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane treatment process, utilizing the principles of high-pressure screening and permeation separation, the vast majority of dissolved salts, impurities, bacteria, and colloidal pollutants in water are intercepted step by step. After two-stage deep desalination, the water conductivity is significantly reduced, producing high-purity primary pure water, effectively reducing the back-end EDI processing load, and providing a stable and qualified inlet water source for the ultra pure water precision treatment process.

3. EDI Electrodeionization Precision Processing System

As the core refining unit of the entire equipment, the EDI module combines ion exchange and electric field migration principles to continuously remove trace ions remaining in the reverse osmosis effluent. Relying on an electric field to achieve continuous self regeneration of resin without the need for acid-base agents, it can stably produce 18M Ω· cm grade electronic grade ultrapure water for a long time. It is a key core unit for achieving high-purity, pollution-free, and continuous water production.

4. Terminal sterilization and filtration system

Configure a dual wavelength ultraviolet sterilization device and a terminal precision filter to perform terminal purification treatment on the refined ultrapure water. It can efficiently kill water microorganisms, decompose trace organic pollutants, intercept fine particulate impurities, completely eliminate secondary pollution of water quality during pipeline transportation, and ensure that the final effluent is sterile, high-purity, and clean.

5. Fully automatic intelligent control system

Adopting an integrated control scheme of industrial PLC and touch screen, real-time monitoring of core parameters such as equipment flow rate, pressure, water quality resistivity, conductivity, etc. Equipped with intelligent functions such as automatic start stop, automatic flushing, high and low pressure protection, water shortage protection, fault alarm, data recording and storage, etc., the equipment can achieve 24-hour unmanned fully automatic and stable operation, with simple operation and convenient maintenance.
