This equipment adopts a dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) + EDI (electrodeionization) core process and is a super-pure water preparation device specially developed for high-end industries such as lithium batteries and precision electronics. The equipment can stably produce high-purity super-pure water with a resistivity of ≥18MΩ·cm, featuring high purity and strong stability, fully meeting the water demand for high-precision production processes such as electrolyte preparation and electrode coating. Equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system, the equipment operates automatically throughout the entire process, combining the advantages of energy saving, water saving, and low maintenance costs. It supports customized capacity and process solutions according to demand and adapts to different raw water quality conditions.


(I) Product Overview

This equipment adopts a dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) + EDI (electrodeionization) core process and is a super-pure water preparation device specially developed for high-end industries such as lithium batteries and precision electronics. The equipment can stably produce high-purity super-pure water with a resistivity of ≥18MΩ·cm, featuring high purity and strong stability, fully meeting the water demand for high-precision production processes such as electrolyte preparation and electrode coating. Equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system, the equipment operates automatically throughout the entire process, combining the advantages of energy saving, water saving, and low maintenance costs. (II) Core Features of the Product

1. Ultra-high desalination, ensuring consistent and up-to-standard water quality. Equipped with imported high-quality reverse osmosis membranes from Dow and Hydranautics, coupled with high-precision EDI modules, the system achieves a comprehensive ion removal rate of over 99.99%. It can stably produce 18MΩ·cm ultrapure water for a long time, eliminating water quality fluctuations and meeting the stringent water standards required for high-end industrial production.

2. Intelligent and fully automatic, energy-saving and cost-reducing. Utilizing a PLC intelligent control system, it supports real-time water quality monitoring, automatic flushing, fault warning, and parameter adaptive adjustment, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel. Coupled with variable frequency energy-saving and energy recovery technology, it achieves a 25%-30% energy saving compared to traditional equipment, with a water recovery rate of up to 70%, significantly reducing long-term operating costs.

3. Modular design, flexible adaptation. The entire machine adopts a standardized integrated modular structure, allowing pre-treatment, RO, and EDI units to be freely combined according to production capacity. The equipment occupies less space and is easy to install. It can customize exclusive water purification solutions for complex raw water with high hardness and high organic matter, adapting to various industrial production scenarios.

4. Durable, low-consumption, and environmentally friendly. The core pipeline is made of 316L stainless steel and high-quality UPVC environmental protection and anti-corrosion materials, ensuring a service life of over 10 years for the entire machine. The EDI system eliminates the need for acid-base chemical regeneration, resulting in zero acid-base wastewater discharge. Coupled with automatic cleaning of membrane components and consumable warning functions, it effectively extends the service life of accessories and reduces maintenance frequency.

(III) System composition and core functions

1. The pretreatment system consists of multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, softener, and precision filter. It removes sediment, colloids, organic matter, and residual chlorine step by step, reduces water hardness, intercepts fine impurities, stabilizes the inlet water quality to meet standards, and protects the core components of the reverse osmosis membrane at the back end.

2. The dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) system utilizes imported high-pressure RO membrane elements. Through high-pressure permeation technology, it intercepts the vast majority of salt, impurities, and microorganisms in water, producing low-conductivity primary pure water. This completes the initial deep purification of water quality and provides qualified inlet water for EDI fine treatment.

3. EDI (Electrodeionization) system, as the core fine treatment unit, utilizes electric field and ion exchange technology to deeply remove trace residual ions from water. Without the need for chemical regeneration, it stably produces ultra-high purity water with a conductivity of 18MΩ·cm, making it the core module for the preparation of industrial ultra-pure water.

4. Terminal sterilization and filtration system: Equipped with a dual-wavelength ultraviolet sterilizer and a terminal precision filter, it effectively kills bacteria, degrades organic impurities, and intercepts tiny particulate matter, preventing secondary water pollution and ensuring sterile and highly purified effluent.

5. Intelligent automatic control system: With industrial PLC + touch screen as the core, it monitors flow rate, pressure, and water quality parameters in real time, and features automatic flushing, water shortage/high pressure protection, fault alarm, data storage, and other functions, enabling 24-hour unattended stable operation of the equipment.
